I agree to a definite scope of work before I start working on any job, so I’ll probably ask you a few questions or send you a brief form to fill in.
Depending on the size of the project you have I’ll send you a quotation or proposal outlining all the details of the job including the rounds of amendments and meetings if requires.
I usually take down payment of 50-70% from the total amount depends on the project and I might charge a onetime payment of 100% in some cases. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
As I’m serving many clients, I’m often booked a month in advance, the sooner you approve my quotation and send me the payment the better! I strictly stick with the delivery date.
Now I’m ready to write your copy, create your content or generate your script. I’ll do three versions of your document including two rounds of amendments. Additional rounds will be charged separately.
We’ll agree on the duration you need to review and approve the copy I provide you with. When the job is complete the final amount should be issued within seven working days.
I prefer phone and email briefing, So I never include meeting fees in my quotes. If you require meetings, I will charge this in hourly rate; travel time & costs in addition.
